LINC Engineering Network
The mission of the LINC Engineering Network is to bring companies together to increase the competitiveness of the region. We focus on the belief, “If the region is competitive we are more attractive for customers; suppliers and attracting talent”.
What is LINC?
LINC Network is a member-led Engineering cluster of over 50 SME’s located in North Cork and East West Limerick. The LINC cluster acts as an exchange forum where members can build links, share experiences and undertake joint commercial activity.
Who is LINC for?
Our focus is Engineering SME’s in the East/ West Limerick and North Cork region who have the ambition to grow their business, a willingness to collaborate with others, and a desire to innovate and internationalise.
Background to LINC
LINC Network originated in 2014 when a group of business owners met formally to progress a cluster for the region to share knowledge, develop capacity and capability and up-skill. In 2018 a part time coordianator was recruited to LINC to develop the original vision of the group.

Members provide employment opportunities to over 2300 people across 19 towns and villages in East/ West Limerick and North Cork.
